Refund Policy

1. Digital products and the right of withdrawal

Licences and image files are digital content supplied immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you ask us to start the delivery straight away and, where the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal for distance sales, you acknowledge that you lose that right once the download of the files has begun.

Before any download, you may cancel an order within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund, provided no file from that order has been downloaded.

2. When we refund

We refund the order, in full or in part, in the following cases: the file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement; the delivered file is not the one shown on the product page; you were charged twice for the same order; the licence cannot be granted because of a rights issue on our side.

Subscriptions and credit packs: unused credits and the unused part of a subscription period are not refundable once the period has started, except in the cases listed above or where the law requires otherwise.

3. When we do not refund

Once an image file has been downloaded, we cannot take it back, so a change of mind, a different choice of image or a cancelled project does not give right to a refund. If you chose the wrong licence, contact us before using the file: we may offer to upgrade the licence for the price difference.

4. How to request a refund

Send your request through the contact form or to contact@seafood-vision.com within 14 days of the purchase, with your order number and the reason. We answer within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

5. After a refund

When an order is refunded, the licence attached to it is revoked and the download links stop working. You must delete the files and stop using them.
