Terms of Sale

1. What we sell

We sell non-exclusive licences to use seafood photographs from our library, subscriptions and credit packs, all delivered digitally. A licence gives you the right to use an image as described in its licence type; it never transfers ownership of the image.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros. Taxes, such as VAT, are calculated and shown at checkout according to your location. The price shown in your cart when you pay is the price you are charged.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record, which collects and remits applicable sales taxes/VAT.

3. Ordering and payment

You create an account, add items to your cart and pay through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital: the download links and the licence certificate (PDF) appear in your account, under Downloads and Licenses, as soon as the payment is confirmed. Download links are personal and may be limited in number or in time.

5. Licence terms

The permitted uses, the territory and the duration depend on the licence type you bought, described on the Licensing page. Keep the licence certificate as proof of your rights. Resale, sub-licensing and use in a competing image library are forbidden.

We may revoke a licence if you break these terms or the licence terms.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Because the products are digital, special rules apply to withdrawal and refunds. They are set out in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Subscriptions and credits

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel them in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Credit packs are valid for the period stated at purchase.

8. Liability

We are liable for the conformity of the files delivered. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.

9. Personal data

Your data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de commerce hors classe de Dakar. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Please contact us first to find a solution amicably.
